Which Areas Are Included in My 360 Liposuction Package? Learn Your Abdomen, Waist, and Back Plan
When researching liposuction in Turkey, you may have encountered the term “360 liposuction.” But what exactly does this offer cover? Are the upper and lower abdomen evaluated together? Is the back area at the bra line included in the package? Does a separate plan require for the arms, legs, or chin?
In Clinic Health Beauty’s 360 liposuction plans, the upper and lower abdomen, the sides of the waist, and the back area extending from the bra line to the waist are generally evaluated together. Arms, legs, and the chin are outside this scope and are subject to separate evaluation and pricing.
However, everyone’s body structure, fat distribution, and expectations are different. For this reason, which areas are planned for the procedure should not be understood solely from the package name.
As Clinic Health Beauty, while organizing your surgery in Istanbul, we ensure that you see the procedure areas on your photographs and in the anatomical drawings in your contract. The relevant surgeon evaluates the medical plan and your suitability for the surgery.
Our goal is to ensure that before you arrive in Istanbul, you know not only your price but also which areas you have agreed to a plan for.
Does 360-Degree Liposuction Mean Liposuction for the Entire Body?
No. The term “360 degrees” does not mean that liposuction will be performed on the entire body from head to toe.
In general usage, 360 liposuction refers to an approach that addresses multiple areas in the midsection of the trunk together. The upper and lower abdomen, the sides of the waist, and the back area depending on the plan are parts of this evaluation. It should not be assumed that the arms, legs, or chin are automatically included in this scope.
Some individuals who apply to Clinic Health Beauty may experience confusion regarding the scope due to this name. The word “360” can be understood as all fat areas on the body being covered for the same price and in the same surgery.
For this reason, we do not limit our discussions to just the name of the procedure. We listen to the areas that bother you, show the areas evaluated by the surgeon, and explain the scope of the offer.
More important than the name of a package is which areas are marked in your customized plan.
Which Areas Does 360 Liposuction Cover at Clinic Health Beauty?
The table below explains the general scope used in our organization. Your personal procedure areas are specified in your offer and contract after the surgeon’s evaluation.
| Area | Place in the 360 liposuction plan |
| Upper abdomen | Evaluated together with the lower abdomen and waist area. |
| Lower abdomen | Included in the general plan of the abdominal region along with the upper abdomen. |
| Right and left sides of the waist | Areas referred to as “love handles” are evaluated. |
| Back | The area extending from the bra line to the waist is addressed together. |
| Arms | Outside the general 360 package; evaluated and priced separately. |
| Legs | Outside the general 360 package; evaluated and priced separately. |
| Chin | Outside the general 360 package; evaluated and priced separately. |
The fact that an area is within the scope of the plan does not mean that the same amount of fat will be removed from that area in every patient. The scope of the procedure is determined according to the person’s needs and the surgeon’s evaluation.
Why Are the Upper and Lower Abdomen Evaluated Together?
Patients sometimes focus only on the fullness below the navel. Others are more bothered by the appearance of the upper abdomen.
In the 360 liposuction plan organized by Clinic Health Beauty, the abdominal region is not seen as a single point. The upper and lower abdomen are evaluated by considering their relationship with each other and the sides of the waist.
For example, when you point to the lower abdomen area, the surgeon also examines the fat distribution in the upper abdomen and the waist circumference. The goal is not just to look at the point you indicated in the photo, but to evaluate how the proposed change will relate to the overall appearance of your torso.
This approach does not mean that the same application is performed on every patient. Which area requires more and which requires more limited intervention is addressed in the personal plan.
Does Back Liposuction Cover the Bra Area?
In Clinic Health Beauty’s general 360 liposuction plan, the back evaluation starts from the bra line and continues to the waist.
Here, it is not just a single bulge that is looked at, but the entire back region from top to bottom. In the surgeon’s planning approach, it is important to also evaluate the fat distribution and transitions in neighboring areas while changing a part of the back.
However, the phrase “the entire back is evaluated” should not be understood as fat must be removed from every point. While fat accumulation may be more prominent in some areas, a more limited intervention may be deemed sufficient in others.
If there is a specific back area that bothers you, it is useful to point it out on your photograph and clarify during the consultation whether you are describing the same area as the marked surgery site.
Where Do the Sides of the Waist and “Love Handles” Fit Into the Plan?
The areas on the right and left sides of the waist, referred to in everyday language as “love handles,” are fundamental parts of our 360 liposuction planning.
In patients who want a more defined waistline, the goal is to evaluate not only the front of the abdomen but also the sides and the transitions to the back.
However, the inclusion of the waist area in the plan does not mean that a specific waist measurement or the same appearance for everyone is promised. Liposuction is a personalized procedure; health status, skin properties, muscle tone, and the individual’s goals are taken into account in candidate evaluation.
Evaluating the Torso as a Whole Does Not Mean Operating on Every Area
This distinction is an important part of understanding 360 liposuction.
Holistic evaluation does not automatically mean heading toward more areas or removing a larger amount of fat. First, it is addressed which areas actually require the procedure and how these can be planned together.
In Clinic Health Beauty’s approach, it is aimed that the appearance the patient wants and the scope of the procedure deemed appropriate by the surgeon are compatible with each other.
Liposuction is a surgical procedure. Contour irregularities, asymmetry, infection, fluid accumulation, and other complications may develop. Therefore, the plan should be based not only on aesthetic goals but also on the assessment of risks.
What If I Want My Arms, Legs, or Chin Done As Well?
Arms, legs, and the chin are areas outside the general 360 liposuction package of Clinic Health Beauty.
If you have a request regarding one of these areas, it is first evaluated by the surgeon for suitability for liposuction. If it is seen as a suitable option, the additional procedure scope and price are explained to you. The agreed-upon change is added to the contract.
Learning the price of an additional area does not mean that the procedure can necessarily be performed on that area. First comes the medical evaluation, then the discussion of scope and fee.
Likewise, it should not be assumed that BBL or a tummy tuck is automatically included in the 360 liposuction package. If these procedures are being planned, they will be specified separately in your offer and contract.
How Can I See the Areas Where Fat Will Be Removed Before Surgery?
At Clinic Health Beauty, we do not settle for just describing the planned procedure areas verbally. Explanations are also made on photographs and the contract.
Pre-Planning on Your Photographs
After the photos you sent are evaluated, the areas planned for fat removal are marked on these images.
Thus, you can see which areas on your body correspond to general terms such as “abdomen,” “waist,” or “back.” If you have a complaint outside the marked area, it is possible to indicate this during the interview.
Anatomical Drawing in the Contract
In addition to the procedure names, the contract also includes an anatomical drawing showing the areas planned for fat removal.
This drawing helps you review the scope of the procedure again before traveling. If there is a point you do not understand between the areas discussed in the photo and the areas shown in the contract, you can ask for clarification.
Adding Additional Areas in Writing
When you later want a different area to be evaluated, a suitability and price negotiation takes place. The agreed-upon additional area is entered into the contract.
There is also an important boundary here: The drawing showing the procedure areas is not a visual guarantee of a specific surgery result. It explains which areas are planned; it does not promise that everyone will achieve the same body shape.
Can Everyone Achieve an Hourglass Figure with 360 Liposuction?
It is understandable to want a more defined waist and torso ratio. However, an “hourglass figure” is not a standard result that can be created in the same way on every body.
In Clinic Health Beauty’s consultations, it is specifically explained that body anatomy changes from person to person. Fat distribution, muscle structure, bone structure, and the condition of the skin are evaluated together.
Liposuction is a procedure that reduces adipose tissue in certain areas; it is not a surgery that reshapes muscle or bone structure. Therefore, one should not expect everyone to reach another person’s body proportions just by removing fat.
While a more defined waistline may be targeted in one patient, a more limited change may be found realistic in another patient. The surgeon’s job is not just to listen to what you want, but to explain to what extent this expectation can be met in your body. Discussing possible results and the risks of the procedure in the consultation is part of the evaluation process.
If My Abdomen Is Included in the Package, Will My Stomach Definitely Be Flat?
The inclusion of an area in the procedure plan does not mean that all complaints related to that area will be resolved with the same procedure.
Liposuction is a procedure aimed at reducing regional fat deposits. It is not weight loss or obesity treatment; it also does not eliminate significantly sagging skin. In a person with excess skin, liposuction alone may not provide the expected abdominal appearance.
Also, liposuction is directed at the fat tissue under the skin. Adipose tissue located inside the abdomen, around the organs, and referred to as “visceral fat” is not removed with this procedure. Therefore, every element affecting the appearance of the abdomen is not in the intervention area of liposuction.
For this reason, we recommend asking not only the question “Will fat be removed from my abdomen?” but also this question:
“How much of the appearance that bothers me on my abdomen is related to fat tissue, and which part of this can the proposed procedure change?”
Such a discussion helps you understand whether a different surgery will be recommended and what the limits will be if continuing with liposuction alone.
Can I Use a Body I See on Social Media as an Example?
The photos you like can help describe your expectations. However, one should not evaluate these as a criterion for the same result being achieved for you.
Images shared on social media can be affected by light, posture, shooting angle, and digital editing. Patient information from the American Society of Plastic Surgeons also emphasizes the importance of explaining the difference between images on social media and a person’s own features during the consultation.
When sharing photos, describing which detail you like instead of saying “I want the exact same thing” can make the conversation more useful. For example, is a more defined waistline, less back fullness, or the appearance in the abdominal area your priority?
These details help the surgeon understand your goal and explain whether it is realistic.
An Example from Our Applications
A candidate patient had sent photos of some models she saw on Instagram and TikTok, stating that she wanted a similar result. There were significant differences between her existing body structure and fat distribution and the appearance of the people she showed as examples.
In the evaluation, it was explained to her that the appearance she expected could not be achieved with the recommended liposuction procedure.
The purpose of this conversation was not to belittle her expectation. It was to prevent her from making the decision for surgery based on an expectation of a result that was seen as not possible to achieve.
It is just as important to explain an unattainable expectation in a timely and clear manner as it is to conclude an application positively.
Why Are Some Patients Sometimes Given a Negative Response for Surgery?
At Clinic Health Beauty, every application does not necessarily result in a surgery reservation.
The reason for this is explained to candidates who are evaluated as not suitable by the surgeon or whose expectations cannot be met. In some cases, the desired change is outside what the planned procedure can provide.
This approach is not a judgment about the person’s appearance. It is an evaluation of whether a realistic relationship can be established between the recommended surgery and the result the patient expects.
Liposuction candidacy is personal. As much as health status and physical features, what the person expects from the procedure and their own goals are also important.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is back fat at the bra line included in the 360 liposuction package?
In Clinic Health Beauty’s general plan, the back is evaluated as the area extending from the bra line to the waist. The areas planned specifically for you are shown in the markings on your photograph and contract.
If I am only complaining about my lower abdomen, is the upper abdomen also evaluated?
Yes. In our planning approach, the upper and lower abdomen are addressed together with the waist area. However, it is not assumed that the same amount of fat needs to be removed from every area evaluated.
Why are arms or the chin priced separately?
These areas are outside the general 360 liposuction package of Clinic Health Beauty. If you have an additional procedure request, a suitability evaluation is performed; then the scope and price are discussed, and the accepted areas are added to the contract.
Is BBL included in 360 liposuction?
It is not automatically included. If BBL has also been planned, it will appear as a separate procedure in your offer and contract. The result that BBL is also included should not be drawn from an offer that only says “360 liposuction.”
Can I discuss an area not shown in the contract before the surgery?
Yes. You can inform the team about a different area that bothers you and ask for it to be evaluated. However, it should not be assumed that this request will be found suitable or can be performed under the same conditions as the current plan.
Let’s Clarify Your Procedure Areas Before You Come to Istanbul
It is natural to compare price and package services while researching 360 liposuction in Turkey. However, while making your decision, also find out whether the areas important to you are actually within the scope of the recommended procedure.
At Clinic Health Beauty, this scope is explained after the surgeon’s evaluation on your photographs and the anatomical drawing in your contract. If you have an additional area request, its suitability and price are discussed separately.
At the same time, which part of your expectation is realistic and what limits the procedure has should be discussed. The surgery plan is not just a list of areas, but a decision where your goals meet the medical evaluation.
While discussing your liposuction plan in Istanbul, you can share the areas that bother you and the change you want to see with the Clinic Health Beauty team. Let’s clarify which areas need to be evaluated first; then make your decision by understanding the plan recommended by the surgeon.
This content is for general information purposes. Suitability for liposuction, procedure areas, and the surgical plan are determined by the relevant physician. Results vary from person to person. Personal package scope is explained in the offer and contract.
