The trip to Turkey with my mother, to the hospital we were treated with care and respect at all times by the team of the doctor and the agency. My surgery was scheduled for March 1, the doctor, Gulay, Ayse Nur and the team handled it with care, respect and reassurance. My privacy was guaranteed at all times. After my operation, Gulay and Ayse Nur were available at all times and visited for all care and questions. Even when I returned to the Netherlands, after which I had a complication that could not be avoided on the first flight to Turkey for a recovery operation. The doctor took these costs for his own account. The doctor, Gulay and Ayse Nur helped me through this. I would like to thank the doctor, Gulay, Ayse Nur and the team very much, and express my appreciation to them even now, 2 months after my operation, I am in regular contact with Gulay. What class, care, respect, humanity, have shown to this doctor, Gulay, Ayse Nur and the team! I never once felt unsafe or in danger, and I knew that everything would turn out fine. Apart from my mother, Gulay and Ayse Nur showed me a lot of care, security and wiped away the many tears. I am grateful!
