The 4D liposuction procedure is conducted under general anesthesia and typically lasts 2-4 hours depending on the treatment area. Prior to the operation, the patient’s blood is drawn and measured to ensure optimal conditions. Additionally, the anesthesiologist performs an examination on the patient.

During surgery, a specialized liquid is applied to areas where fat will be removed. Then, the vaser device emits ultrasonic waves to melt fat specifically within the targeted areas. The device’s feature is activated during the procedure and only focuses on fat deposits while separating nerves, connective tissues, and vessels. Finally, thin cannulas are used to remove the melted fat, producing excellent results without any damage to the body’s structure.

Upon the patient’s request, fat can be transferred to the buttocks or face after undergoing special procedures. This technique can be particularly effective when used in conjunction with the Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) procedure.
