Sports and Exercise Following Liposuction

After liposuction, every patient wants to spend the recovery period quickly. For this, they cannot wait to start sports and exercise movements. However, do not rush for this. How Will Sports and Exercise Be in the 1st and 2nd Week After Liposuction?

Rest your body for the first 3 days after returning home after liposuction. Calm your body after a tiring week. Drink plenty of water. Eat well.

Make your own walking plan for the day. Go for short distance walks. This walk should be like a sightseeing walk at a very light pace. Ensure your blood flow with 15-20 minute walks without tiring your body. Swelling and edema in your body will limit your mobility. This is quite normal.
